BOOM is an exhibition highlighting artworks of all media from current and recent MFA graduates from invited Southern California institutions. This group exhibition unabashedly forays its artistic output into the public sphere, displaying the fearlessness, bravado and sense of risk-taking that is unique to Southern California’s emergent art community.

Over 90 artists fresh from Art Center, CalArts, Cal State Long Beach, Cal State Northridge, Claremont, Otis, UCLA, UC Santa Barbara, UC Riverside, and UC Irvine, including alumnus Maya Gurantz (MFA '12), and current UCI graduate students Yaron Michael Hakim, Alexandra Pacheco-Garcia, and Cassie Riger.
